Summer holidays have come to an end

My summer holidays are almost over, but I cannot complain. I rode my horse pretty much every day. It is incredible how much your horse will bond with you given that your are interacting with her on a daily basis. What an amazing feeling!! She is so giving when the bond has been established. I am going to miss the routines that I have come to love these past few weeks away from the daily grind!

Lately this seems to be Peyton's favorite pose. She is growing so fast that she looks like a mature horse expect that she is really a young dorky filly in an adult body.

Cody's First Big Boy Trim

Cody recieved his first real beard trim on the weekend. He struggled a little at the beginning but in the end the mission was accomplished and he now looks like a big boy!

He is growing so fast. He is now 15 hands (which is a little more than 4 feet).

BTW Ian rode Cheyenne bare back this past weekend and had a blast. I have no pics but it will not be the last time.
